I'm joining the list of customers that were defrauded by CD2U (Cigarettes Direct to You). I placed my order on Dec. 8 by on-line check. I was told my order would be sent in a few days. I received an e-mail confirmation that my order was being shipped and it included a tracking #. On December 10, my checking account was debited. I still have not received the order and I have no recourse (unless a class action is filed or the Kentucky State Atty. General's office takes some action) for a refund. I wish I had a contact in Louisville that could check out the address.
