(cigarettes direct 2 u or a good cigarette called dec 10-placed order-never rec'vd. They took my money but never rec'vd my cigarettes. Called numerous times, said they went out

I called CD2U on Dec. 10 and placed my order for $380.00. When I seen my package didn't come in the usual time I kept calling. They kept saying they went out, that they were backed up.
I knew something was wrong. They went into my bank account and took the money, but recieved no cigarettes. I WAS RIPPED OFF!
I am so angry that they did this to so many people. I work hard for my money and I would like to be reimbursed or at least get my package.
