We moved from California to Texas with win van lines, my contacts there was simon, they sent only 2 people to deliver and arrange two bedrooms worth of property, the living room and the kitchen, when they were almost done we (me and my sons) found out some stuff were broken and decides to keep our cool.
When all the boxes were off the truck we noticed alot of stuff was missing, like a 42" plasma tv (sony vizio), a Bose surround sound system, and glass covers for stands and tables, even the bedside drawer was broken. Other ceramic items were broken too. (almost $3,000 worth)
We alerted the delivery men, but they said there was nothing they could do and they referred us to the company, took their deposit and left. We called the company and told them about it and they said file a report on "www.mymoveclaim.com", this is a big rip off.
They dont care about customers, when we called they put us on voicemail so we cant talk to any of them, and they were of nice at first. Wan van lines is phony and something should be done about it.
