Likes the Service but Customer Service Calls Are a Nightmare

I have a love hate relationship with Direct TV - I do love it when it works.

But calling customer service is a nightmare!

I do have the protection plan and it does not cover everything - but at least they replace the box and remote for free - but shouldn't they anyway?

Like I said love hate - it is better than cable
