Sent me a letter saying i won 2,600, 000.00 to open a bank account and call them the same day and give them my account number for the money to be deposited into my account vancouve

They sent me a letter saying i won 2,600, 000.00, to open a bank account and call them same day and give them my account number so they can put the funds in my account, but when reading the letter i got a red flag because it had said to keep this award confidential until your claim is prossed and money is remitted into your account, i did try to call the number anyway but i did not get an answer, it was sighned Mr. Mike Freeman President, PCH... So i googled the name and found someone else got this same letter back in may
