I bought a full bedroom set from RC Willey and was very disappointed by the men that delivered the product initially. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when delivering the items in addition to dropping off merchandise that was broken.
I immediately called RC Willey and they promptly sent out a new crew to fix the error within one day. The initial experience was unfortunate, however the fix was ample.
