On oct 26, they put me on the pic side, where they are sopose to have somone at a window at all times and there was not. I was put in the pic cuz when i found out that i could not see my lung doctor to find out if i had cancer, i volunteered myself in for depression. I was using a 02 tank for my breathing and on that day it was empty and they stated they put me back there cuz i threaten them with my tank, my medical records show 3 different storys. On oct 26, i was assaulted by a staff tech who broke my left 8th rib and damaged my left lumbar... The 2 nurses covered up for them, i did call the police on oct 27 and no report was done, only what they said, i know i was discriminated cuz i was in a phy ward and that day they started the petition to send me to the county, he also threw me at least 4 feet and i hit my head first, so those two day were a blur to me. The injury occured in the afternoon, they denied me to go to the ER to be checked out, my sister came in on the 27th 08 and she arrived around 2pm and demanded for me to have a x-ray done cuz my breathing was being comprised and she is a respiratory nurse. After they left they did an ex-ray and that came back with my 8rib broken dedicated series., that day they started the petition to send me to county hospital, when this injury occurred no one was at that window, even jurying the time when my sister or casemanger, nobody was at the window. St lukes wrote alot of things and i was suprise at what they wrote. So many lies but the medical files and petition do not go with the statements i recevied at a hearing. Perhaps i trust the legal system to much. What it all comes down too, my rib was broken and left lumbar damaged. I am sure i will need surgery in the future, the pain meds i am on our stronger then morphine. I dont understand that these people can lie and walk away from it. I have wrote over 100 emails to get a attorney willing to be on my side, i know my spine will never be the same. When you see my medical files from st lukes and the petition, you will able to see how they falsified them. I know in my heart, that when they see what i have, then they wlll see what i have seen in writing false accusations. Many storys of one incident were told three different way. One of the nurses stated i scratched her on the arm and then pinched her stomach. The other one, i scratched her and pinched her arm and the other on says she was scratched on her face as i was fighting back for them to knock me out. I know when you have a head injury you need to stay up at least 8 hrs. I had at least 8 people pulling on me and i was hurting cuz of the rib and not knowing about the lumbar until i got out in november... The lawyer that represented me about being dangers to others, she told them what happen and the judge had agree that it was a accident when i hit her with open hand trying to struggle, that was dismissed. I am not afraid to show my records cuz anybody can see what they did to the files, it also took me six months to even get my files, my case manger asked for them too. They were not released until six months later. When i filed a grievance on the 27th they never summated them in, i did try to make one on the phone but was denied and that is when he threw me. I even noticed a paper that was in the files for oct 28 well i was already transferred out, it show that they gave me medication. I need somone to please take this case, i dont want to walk away free and not pay for the damaged they have done to me... I only deal with deppression and nothing else. Please call me 480-255-0964
