I got scammed!!! I ordered a 2.0 electronic cigatette kit along with 3 additional boxes of cartridges... Total including shipping...$118.85. I was told by James, my sales person that he would swap the original box of cartridges for the low nicotine mint as I was ordering 3 boxes of low nicotine mint. They charged my credit card PROMPTLY and I did receive my package the next week but it was WRONG. I got the original box of regular high nicotine cartridges along with 3 boxes of low nic mint for the GOLD cigarette which DONT EVEN FIT MY CIGARETTE. I called the 800 number and talked to 3 DIFFERENT sales reps AND a manager they all told me they couldnt do anything about it and that James had lied to me and they couldnt swap anything and werent going to do anything about it. I called back again and eventually was connected to Jerrod, a supervisor who finally agreed to send me postage so I could send the cartridges back THEN they would send me the right ones. All this after being placed on hold for a total of an hour and 43 minute total! I waited for a week... NOTHING, so I called back again they said NO WAY, they werent doing anything so I was passed around until I got Maria x120. She said there was nothing in the system but she would handle it right away, back on hold! She finally came back, gave me a confirmation number and told me they wouldnt pay postage back and to put it in the box they send me with the right ones and mark return to sender or refused. I said whatever, I was just waiting to see if it even shipped. 3 days go by, I get nothing so I call back. Cant get ahold of her talk to Jerrod again who tells me another supervisor denied it so they just didnt send it. Nor did they try to notify me. Back to square one. Was told maria was busy and would call me back... 15 minutes go by. No call. Half hour later I call them back. Get jerrod again. He says she is working on it and will call me back. End of day. No call. I started calling back this am. Cant get thru to jerrod or maria. They say they will call back. I ask to be put on hold, they disconnect me. I call back, same thing. Then they have the nerve to call me and say not to call them anymore and just hang up, I told them I didn't hang up they did and SHE hangs up on me. I just want my money back and to be done with this company. Dont see that happening in the near future unfortunatly.
