This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. All you do is speak to voice mails, people who are useless, and don't return calls. There is no question, they are asleep at the wheel.
I bought a pool filter from them and it is missing a part (valve). They refuse to send it to me and want me to return the entire unit at my expense and pay a re-stocking fee of 25%..
It has been a nightmare to deal with these people... Nothing but hell and frustration
