I ordered a cologne from their website and was extremely excited to receive the product. When I received it I immediately took it out and tried some on... It STUNK!!! It smelled nothing at all like the cologne I had ordered, but instead had a very strong smell of ammonia to it. I emailed the customer support service where they advertise a response within 48 hours. I didn't hear from them so I sent another email and again received no response. I went back through the shipping labels from UPS and there was a phone number on the box. I called and let it ring easily a dozen times (I called at 3pm EST) and finally a young woman answered sounding very groggy. I explained my situation and she said she would email me the companies return policy... This sounded like a comp-out so I kept her on the phone to talk some more and she explained I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would inspect the item and see if it was defective.
