I am very Happy with Via Cristalina. I did my entire Wedding Registry with them from cooking ware to china and lighting. I was very happy with them. I have no complaints. They went out of their way to send me courtesy gift messages for the items that were delayed with detailed information about the product and the person who purchased for me. Every time I had a question I got a live person not like the usual computer or person in India. They are really nice and they answered to all my calls and questions.
Their packing was the best. I have purchase from other vendors and by Far! They pack the best! They are neat and very professional.
I believe running a store these days is not easy especially when your rely on the manufactures to make the items you sell. I believe that Via Cristalina is a great store. I trust them and I know that if they run behind is not their fault it is the manufacturer as I have ordered from the manufacturer before and I had to wait much longer and with terrible customer service.
