This man has conned people in a variety of states—Montana, Colorado, Utah, California, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Nevada... These are ones I am aware of. He has claimed he has a ranch for children with disabilities—or is starting one—amongst other cons.in addition, he meets women online thru dating services and uses them to finance his lifestyle. He has been in prison more than once and he is currently sitting in jail in a little town called Pagosa Springs, Colorado. He is looking at a new bail hearing possibly around the 3rd of December and more information would help keep him behind bars.
