Jacob Rose is a con artist! He is a very smooth talker! He claims he is building a ranch out south of town to cater to children with spinal cord injuries and other physical challenges. His overview handout that his gives people claims that these children will live on the ranch during the spring and summer months. One of the main problems with the handout is it makes no sense and is riddled with TYPOS!
He comes to businesses claiming to be able to get them advertising on Fox News and ABC family in exchange for $ or whatever the business can give him in return. When asked for more info or a contract to look he can't produce it.
According to the authorities, he was in a purple trailblazer that got repo-ed and then had borrowed a silver nissan pathfinder that as of 10 P.M. Last night was reported stolen.
If you see this guy run the opposite way and call the authorities immediately, both Hill County 406-265-2512 and Madison County 406-843-5351!
