I attended the Alameda County Fair on 7/14/09. I used the outdoor ATM outside of the fair entrance and withdrew $80.00 at 12:43pm. The machine only dispensed $40.00. I waited at the machine for 15 minutes and called the phone number listed on the machine. I spoke with Diana Perez and she said I needed to contact my bank to file the dispute. I called my bank immediately to file the dispute and have filed 4 disputes in total with them. Each time my request is being denied based on conversations with the owner of the ATM. My bank is being told that the money was distributed to me and therefore I am unable to receive a refund for the amount that I did not receive from the ATM. I am so disappointed with this experience and frustrated that it has cost me $43.50 (includes the ATM charge) to receive $40.00.
