Thank God I read this, I wish it were just sooner!

I was called at work on my cell phone with a great deal. I would recieve a MC for up to a $5000 limit. Her name was Joanne. She was apparently new because she half-assed answered my questions and the ones she did answer, I was put on hold she she could ask someone else.

This place only hires comedians (clowns are more like it). She thought it was funny that I was a Saggitarius. (Not too sure whats funny about that) and the verifier - Reginald introduced himself as follows: Hi Ms. Good, Im Reginald Bad. My last name isnt too common, but its not really that un-common as well.

I was told by Joanne that this was a card to use all over the world. I asked if it was attached to a catalog like some of the previous credit card agencies were. She said there is a catalog that comes in the package, but since no one asks about them, she doesnt discuss them, but assured me that it wasnt attached to this credit card. As she put me through to be recorded I came up with a few more questions. He started to record when out came my first question, he warned me to wait until the end of the recording to ask questions. I agreed (keep reading) and he started to re-record.

Being a former telemarketer, I know these guys rush you because they only have a small amount of tape to record you with. I waited until nearly the end of his recording and started in with questions again. I asked him the question with being connected to a catalog and he said on tape, No. He then gave me a confirmation#, verification#, activation #, service telephone#, AND a website. My poor piece of paper. He said thank you and hung up. I immediatly went to the webiste www.4zm. Service.com Since it didnt work, I went to a search engine and typed in the name of the company to find their website. The only one I found was this one with about 30 complaints.

I started reading, thinking sometimes things slip and they cant please everyone. All I read about were people who were given the same speechs, same worries about their personal information, and even after cancelling, they were still charged the $299 "non-reimbursable" fee. I read of how they dont answer the phone when you want to cancel, but not even 20 minutes after I hung up with them, I called back to cancel.

Thankfully someone answered the phone by the name of Mark Carlson. I told him I wanted to cancel and he rudely asked why. I told him to go to usacomplaints. Coms.com, type in his companys name and he'll get all his answers there. He said fine, it would be taken care of. As a precaution, I am having my account closed tomorrow morning as soon as they open. Thank you for everyone on here that posted their comments. If I had only seen 1 or 2 complaints I probably would have gone through with it. I guess you can say that I learned from someone elses mistakes. Thank you guys for not letting me become a victim!!!
