When we paid upfront for our son to be in their program, Narconon told us they had a contract with a company that handled filing insurance claims. Narconon said they could not provide us with an invoice or medical codes so that we could file ourselves, but the company they used would file for us. This has not happened despite repeated requests and it has been eleven months. We cannot get reimbursed by our insurance company because Narconon has not had their company file the insurance, nor will they provide the documentation we would need to file ourselves. They are frauds
