I worked as a Sales Associate with WOW! Creations for four months and every time they owed me money, I was always told that they sent out the check, but I wouldn't end up receiving it until a week or two later (and usually for the wrong amount).
WOW! Creations informed me that they are in a negative liquidity state so I left the company. I have been owed my final check for the past 3.5 months and they keep promising to send it out but I never receive it.
They also have extremely severe communication issues. Mark Harris ignores emails from employees and clients. If clients have a problem, he doesn't address their issues.
Mark Harris also requests extra products from clients and says that they are "media/press samples" but he keeps them for his own use.
Mark's partner and brother, Chris Harris, has also changed his name to Matt Harris which I also find suspicious.
This company is NOT true to their word. Their gifting suites provide very little benefits, and ZERO ROI for their clients. Furthermore, they don't provide post-event recaps or track press coverage, leading to very upset clients who will get nothing in return except an apology, if they are lucky.
