About a year ago I contacted JK Harris to help me with my OIC. "Mia" promised, only a few utilitiy and 3 months would finish the process. Now that I have paid 12 more months of taxes, the OIC cannot be processed because my assets are now higher than my taxes. However they kept charging me 200 a month while I was paying 250 a month to the IRS. They took my money, I lost out on my rebate check because JK Harris drug this thing out and they cost me my OIC. They were rude on the phone. When I questioned an employee, she got very defensive. JK Harris is a joke and they know that their clients are poor people looking to get some help. People in tax trouble are vulnerable to these vulchers. Someone should close them down before more people get robbed of their hard earned money.
