The first statement (far and away) is a very misleading statement. Really looks like the wall street journal is endorsing JK Harris as being far and away the nation's most successful tax resolution company. If you click on the "more", than you can read the 2nd statement.
Today was the first time that I ever opened the other statement (Please note). I did not know that this statement existed because it is hidden. Not too many are going to find this statement unless is brought to their attention. The intent of JK Harris & Co is to hide this statement. JK Harris & Co had to disclose the 2nd statement but did not disclose it on their webpage. It was on another page. JK Harris was required to put in the 2nd statement (Please note) but did it in such a sneaky manner. If both statements were together on the same webpge, it would not make sense.in the first statement, it appears that the wall street journal is endorsing JK Harris & Co. The 2nd statement (Please note) is about wall street journal's
non-endorsement of JK Harris & Co as being far and away the nation's most successful tax resolution company.
JK Harris & Co's intent was to mislead by hiding a required statement. There are many others that do not know about the (Please note) statement. Lets say that 10 potential clients went to JK Harris & Co's webpage. I say that none will find the "Please note" statement unless they were instructed to do so.
THis is an example of false, misleading advertising. Also, hiding a requireed statement on another page. Shame on JK Harris for using this kind of deceptive ads.
