I signed up for informating regarding home base business. The fee was $19.99 a one time charge. After giving my credit card number the program was much more intense than the previous information. I was contacted my e-mail and phone. I canceled by phone. On Nov. 3 2009 there was a charge to my debit card of $69.95. When calling I only get a voice mail.
