I signed up for a free product, paying only $1.75 for shipping with my debit card. The next month there was a charge of $19.95 on my card that traced back to them. I contacted them via their website and was told that I had signed up for their online fitness program. I told them I had NOT signed up, and if they showed me as signed up, then they needed to cancel my account.
The next month, there was a charge from them again. I disputed it with my bank, but they told me that since this company was using my debit card number to charge my account, there was nothing they could do.
In short, this company has charged my account 7 times, 6 of them after I told them to stop. I finally canceled the debit card and had to pay $10 to get a new card number. I would advise anyone to not accept any free trial offers that require your account information, and don't accept any free products where you pay shipping with a bank card.
