Mose Hugghis or Huggins whichever alias he uses stole my German Shepherd after I sspoke with him about dog training. I hired a PI who worked formerly with the DA's office. He traced it all to Mose Huggins K-9 obedience center and spoke to NUMEROUS other folks who also had either had their dog stolen by him or had bought dogs from him with falsified papers and falsified (as in took a different dog to get xrayed than the actual dog being sold) OFA xray's for hip dysplasia. This guy steals dogs then begins a training regimen on them to make them marketable to then sell to law enforcment or exposive detection work for airport authorities.
He questions people thoroughly when they call him for training as to the pedigree of their dog&if it seems like a good bloodline —as in one he knows of, then he will get your address from caller id and -poof... Your dog will disappear with in a few weeks.
Please beware of this guy he has multiple criminal offenses and has taken many a good person financially. (for lack of services rendered). Check out the Shawnee County District Court public access site on line to review his entire history.
He has also been found to steal peoples personal pets to sell to pitbull fighters to use for bait in practice. He is a thief and needs to be stopped
