I was contacted by phone by mike franz who stated that they could sell my wyndham timeshare at nashville, tn for $187,000.00 to a buyer that wanted to buy it. They would have to do a title search and paper work for a fee of $1298.00 and the sale would be completed within a 45 day time frame. I would receive my check at that time. This was on june 15.
I called on 23 october and talked to a person that said mike franz had not worked there for 4 months, and they had not had anyone interested. It might take 10 years for them to sell the property, and it was my fault that they had not been able to sell it, as i had told too many other companies about the deal. I had not told anyone! I told him the reason i called him was because another company called me to say that they were taking over the sale of the property, and they had all the information from worldwide marketing solutions including the price i had paid worldwide.
When i stated this the person got real irate saying they would not give out that information. Then he blamed me for giving out that information. No one in his company would have given out that information. He then blamed wyndham for giving out that information. I stated they would not have known the dollar amount. He them started blaming me for taking up his valuable time. I stated that as my representative he should keep me informed as i had received no work at all. He got irate and i told him to go to hell and i hung up on him.
I never did get his name. I have never been given their address. I have never been given their e-mail address.
I guess i am stuck. I've heard of buyer beware, but this is now beware of seller.
