I know you don't care that I spent $400 at another shop trying to figure out what was wrong with my car after your company lied to me about replacing my alternator. I know you don't really care that I wasted 3 AAA tows on this one problem just 2 months into my AAA year. I understand that it doesn't matter to you that my husband and I rode out bikes around in the rain to buy only enough groceries to fit in a backpack. It is apparent to me that it does not phase your company one iota that I spent 16 days without a car, that your employees spoke very disrespectfully to me, and that at least one of them mislead me on at least one occasion, or that your mark-ups are highway robbery. Still refusing to acknowledge that it was wrong to tell me that I would have a new alternator installed, and then not to do it, and then let me drive away believing it had been replaced. I am amazed at how you are still in business with such poor customer service. I will never go back to Monro again, I will tell everyone I know not to go there too. I will post my story all over the internet, and will call all of the bureaus and departments and news channels who care.
