Creative contracting glenn chiappetta and tim philabrown, started work on my home in april. The job was getting done so my friends wanted things done too. Well MY home was done but my friend has no roof, my other friend has no stairs. One friend lost 500.00. Cause i was seaching the net and found this about 3 weeks ago:
MAN CHARGED WITH FAILING TO FINISH WORK
A Clifton contractor has been indicted on charges that he collected money from homeowners and then failed to complete the required construction work. Glenn R. Chiappetta, 33, of Rosalie Avenue took a total of $67,000 from four families in Ringwood, Elmwood Park, and Hillsdale after signing contracts for a range of home repairs, said Passaic County Assistant Prosecutor
Randolph M. Subryan. Subryan said some homeowners needed to spend additional money to mitigate damage caused by Chiappetta's not completing jobs he began. Chiappetta, whom Subryan said advertised locally under the name Additions Plus, could not be reached for comment. He was indicted in Passaic County Friday on four charges of theft by deception.
So we all called the cops and found that he is a criminal, has lots of warrents out for him and he took over that we know about 40,000. He most be stop. I feel so bad for my friends. Hope they get him soon and stays in jail
