Shark steam pocket mop false website offer of 4 payments for $29.99. They charge the full price the day after i received the equipment

My letter faxed 9-22-09: I ordered the Shark Steam Pocket Mop through your website. I selected the 4 payments of $29.99 each choice. After I received the mop, I noted that my bank account had an overdraft. I found that you had charged me the full price rather than the monthly payments which I selected. If I had the full amount, I would have bought it at Best Buy where my daughter works! You cost me an additional $140.00 in overdraft fees, a $20.00 fee for a Direct Deposit Advance to cover the overdraft fees and now I have to pay to return the item! I dont know what that will cost yet.
I am very angry about this and I want all of my money back. I spoke with Gabriella in your customer service department at the corporate office, and she informed me that the $131.06 would be returned immediately after faxing the tracking number of my return shipment. I also want the $160.00 in bank charges which have been caused by your failure to complete my purchase properly. You owe me $291.06, plus my shipping charges for returning the item and I expect the funds within five days of the date of this letter, a copy of which is being placed in the box with the returned item, and also faxed to your corporate office with the tracking information for the package.
If you are not going to follow-through with your offer of 4 payments of $29.99, you need to remove it from your website. This is fraud as far as I am concerned and I expect my money immediately.

My letter faxed 10-15-09:
You received the returned equipment on September 25. To date you have failed to refund my money. I was told by Gabriella that my money would be refunded upon my transmission of the return shipping tracking number. I faxed it to the number she gave me. No refund has been received. At the corporate office, Brenden claimed I would get my money back. This has not happened. Now he does not return his calls. DEMAND IS HEREBY MADE that you refund me $303.56 ($131.06 returned equipment, $140.00 overdraft fees, $22.00 finance charge for direct deposit advance, $10.50 return shipping fee) immediately. If my money is not put back into my bank account today, the lawsuit will be filed in California tomorrow.
To reiterate, I purchased the steam mop on line, clicking on the 4 payment at $29.99 each choice. You shipped the merchandise, I received it, after I received it, you took out the full amount from my checking account. I called the customer service number and was told that since I used my VISA check card its against the law to use the 4 payment method. (This is not true, I have purchased other things on line and on the phone and this payment method is used with no problem.) I explained to her that this information was not provided on the website. She then gave me the number of the corporate office. I called and spoke with Gabriella. She also informed me that the 4 payment method could not be used with a VISA check card. She told me to return the equipment and immediately fax the tracking number and my money would be refunded that day. I did so. No money has been received.
You have cost me overdraft fees, shipping fees, direct deposit advance fees and the initial amount which I could not afford in the first place which is why I chose the 4 payment method! As I stated in my previous letter, if I had the full amount I would have purchased it from Best Buy where my daughter works and had it immediately! Now I have nothing.

Today 10-21-09: No refund yet. Checked again this morning, no refund. Have had to pay for fees for direct deposit advances to feed my family.
