Purchased pair of earrings through policeauction.com. The merchant was vortal group, inc. The product came defective missing a stone. Tried to contact vortal through phone number reported on invoice. Number is no longer in service. Tried sending an email reported on invoice. Got no response. Want to replace product for a new one immediately or all my money back within 24 hours.
This is a fraudulent company missrepresenting products on the policeauction website. What you get is not what you see.
If no response obtained within a day, will hand it over to my family attorney to investigate this fraud and report to fbi.
