Jewelrybyezra aka emh group ripoff! I paid for earrings 12/3/04, no earrings, no response to emails

I ordered (won bid) for 14k gold & turquoise earrings on Ebay site. Received response that earrings were in the mail as of 1/15/05. No response to multiple emails after that. I see now that they are no longer registered on Ebay. Glad I was only ripped off for $25.00; could've been worse.
