Credit card internet fraud

I have also been scammed by this company. Even though I cancelled my order, I still receive 2-3 packages of coffee a week!

I do not understand Report 250333. Who or what is the company being wrongly accused? I intend to sue Seattle Direct and don't want to serve the wrong people.

The report is from "Sean" in Wahington. He invites calls or e-mails but no info along these lines is provided. I am confused.
