Ordered a handbag and when i received it the zipper on outside pocket was broken. Would not let me send it back

I ordered a coach handbag from this website in good faith. My money went thru paypal.
I received my bag but the zipper on outside pocket was broken.
I emailed both websites and they tried to tell me I broke it, then it was not
broken but was normal. Then suggested I get a friend to try it. I just asked for
a way to send it back for refund.
They have not responded. Neither website. This has been 2 weeks of emails.
