Order a coach handbag on Dec. 8, paid through paypal. I contacted the company 1 day after purchase for a tracking number. LindaLi (name on email I received), responded to my email very quickly, within 24 hrs. I asked her if the payment was received and when will I be getting a tracking # she replied, yes, i will fill in the track# soon, kindly wait it. Ok, so I waited, on December 10th I went to the website and it was not working. So I again email LindaLi, I became concerned, she responded again within 24hrs. Her response was the website is uscoachhandbags.com, and pls don't worry, cause the stong snow also the christmas, so the scheduled flight is very tensional, so the package go on slowly. Pls don't worry, i will contact our shipper offer you a track# soon. Ok, so I will wait some more. Now it was December 17th and I still haven't received a tracking number, so I decided to email LindaLi again. Dec. 18 comes and goes, so does the 19th, 20th, 21st and no response. I sent one more email on December 22, waiting to hear back. Will update with progress!
