New definition of an offer! - Do Not sign a contract with this company

I could provide both a log and date stamp for all of the different conversations I have had with RealtyTrade.com, but that would take a great deal of time. Basically I signed a contract back in August where I was guaranteed to have an "offer" on my timeshare, with a sell, unless they backed out of their contract of $17,500 for my timeshare. I said great! I read the contract which states, I will receive a reasonable offer of X amount by the end of my contract or I get my money back. After 4 months of no "offers" I lowered my price to $12,500. Still no offers. I called in right around the contract being complete, to get a refund, and was informed that I had received an offer. I can assure you that I have not. They even said that AOL doesn't always deliver their emails (now, they know when I signed the contract that I had AOL. After arguing, they refused to give me my money back, because an offer was received. I changed my email address to a yahoo account. Since my call was within the 10 days of the contract ending, they said I was eligible for this to be terminated. I spoke with Mike Holland at this point who finally offered to continue the contract with the same money back guarantee within 6 months. We lowered the price and discussed an offer from a "Qualified" buyer of being 10K. About 3 weeks prior to my contract being up, I received 2 different "offers" from people. Now there idea of an offer and the rest of the real estate industry are very different. The website, allows you to make an offer, only, an offer is simply showing interest. There is no place to communicate directly with the person, no put a lower offer. When i received the offer, it stated budget only. When I placed an offer on my own property, their qualification process existed of a phone call confirming the name and number. I seriously doubt that these people were real, since I never received a reply after several emails. I even told the customer that I accepted their offer but never received a reply. My contract is now up, no legitimate offers and I still own my timeshare and am out $695.00. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and plan to contact as many media sources as possible. If you want to join me, please reply to this.
I think RealtyTrade.com needs to get out of the business of selling their service under false pretenses
