They don't do what they say they will. I placed anorder early Saturday morning (like 3am early) and called later in theday to be assured of delivery time with 2day air. The man on the otherline told me the order for amoxicillin did not require a prescriptionso it would ship on Monday, be here by Wednesday. I've been checking onthe order online every day, and they didn't ship my order untilTuesday.

I called today and the man on the line tried to say that myorder hadn't shipped because I needed a prescription. When I informedhim that I was told I didn't need one, and that it had indeed had justshipped, he stammered and tried to blame the poor service on the USPS.

They don't know what they're doing, I can barely understand whatthey're saying, I have to repeat myself over and over because I don'tbelieve they are paying attention, and the line cuts out frequently. (800)-941-1006.
Iwouldn't be surprised if this operation is run out of a garage. I'd buyfrom a man down the street with what he says is a bottle of amoxicillinany day before I'll buy from these guys again.

I actually think thatthey have people pay extra for shipping express/priority, send itground and then pocket the rest. I've seen multiple reviews from other customers stating the same thing. They pay for priority/air shipping but it still takes weeks to receive their product, and always via regular ground mail. If they are indeed sending legit products, they are not abiding my legal guidelines, as they send antibiotics without a prescription.

I placed this report under cross-border scams, as I believe that it is likely to be just that. The website states that their offices are in "New England" but the confirmation is done in Sunnyvale California.in addition, one of the reasons that the customer service reps are hard to understand is because they have very very thick hispanic accents. Of course their names are Jason, John, and Joseph (who is apparently supervisor, manager, and owner).

*note* there have also been several stories about products arriving opened and retaped, tampered, expiration dates scribbled out or covered up, and the product inside looking nothing like the products normally distributed by the vet. I am suspicious that these drugs are being brought up from Mexico illegally. I have reported them to the BBB.
