I take issue with the automatic refusal to accept responsibility for the pieces UPS damages. I ship well packed items, admittedly fragile but very well packed and I do not claim minor problems. However when a large item arrives severely damaged and I have to replace it at my cost with no recourse even though I pay for full insurance If a two hundred seventy five pound test double gusseted box with another box inside and four inches of padding is not enough, then what is??? I ship all my retail now USPS and have no problems
