I too purchased an extended warranty and wish i had not. Computer went out and they farm out their repair to barrister services. Good luck trying to get in touch with them, i have spent about 8 hours on the phone listening to how much they value my business, have sent it in once, a tech came out twice, and still is not working. I am so angry and to hear their bs about how they "value" my business. Try and call these people. Off ice depot and this company sucks.
