I hada n experience with vector marketing
I went for the interview and stayed there for two hrs or more
the manager there was very very misleading and a liar all through out the interview
he was very discriminating against my age, i am 42 yrs old he kept saying through the interview that they only want to work with college kids and older ppl are to set int ehri ways to change them they dont like to work with older people. You would think he could have said this to me before i sat down and wasted my time with the interview, along with the snarling of his nose as he looked at me with his body language as if he didnt want me there, he kept stressing college kids all the way through and i finally got up and left, specifically saying we don't want anyone older with our company working, i did say that everyone deserves a chance both young and old and he over looked what i said to him as if i was not even there, along with misleading base pay, he states in the paper 13 dollars base pay, it is also a lie, after you are there you are told you only get 13 per appt not by the hr in which that is what the paper said, again another lie and i feel he was very very discriminative against my age, i couldnt take the abusive words anymore so i left, also what the company does not tell you is that you have to but a demostrative knife set for 564.00 before you work there along with having to work for free on training days while we suffer, also you have to travel with your own car to these demo's they also go to colleges trying to recruit ppl to rip them off, my question is does it matter about my age? Does it even count that i too am taking a college course to try and land a job? He made me feel as if i am washed up old and my life is over, i do believe this is illegal. If he just wanted college kids and wanted to lie about the pay he should have told me that way before the interview rather than embarrassing me about my age in front of younger ppl
