I went to the Gaithersburg service center on sunday may 17th to order/get a new wheel for my lawn mower. Your employee, Ms. Gurley allowed me in at the time of closing (4pm) to order a part for my mower. She did it quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. Give her a raise because I am coming back to do my business with Sears.
