Opened my bank statement. Was surprised to see I had been charged 23.95. From a company i never heard of

Found a charge of 23.95 on my bank statement. From a company I never heard of.

I tried to call them, was put on hold, no one ever answered after 30 minutes.

This is a scam so be warned about Valmax.

I never submitted any ok to charge my account.
