One day I went to Taylor Express in Hope Mills, NC to fill out an app. For a driver. When I finished someone came out and looked it over and said I don't have enough experience.
I have more than enough exp. Then he said since I have been laid off for a few months and haven't worked, he said that was a problem. Everyone knows how the economy is. He was sent out there to turn away black applicants.
The reason I know is because there was another black applicant there with the same situation, he was asked the same question, what have you been doing since you have been laid off? Then the black applicant was told the same thing, that it would be a problem woking there since he had been laid off and haven't worked in a while.
I think Taylor Express is racist and don't want black drivers in their trucks.
