I sent them a Blackberry Bold and was suppose to get a check for $260 and I have never received anything

I sent them my Blackberry Bold and they never sent me the check like they were suppose to.
I have tried emailing there webpage numerous times with no reply. I get a automated response each time.
There web site has no phone number associated with it.
Please get them off the internet so they don't steal from anyone else.
I am on disability and really needed this money.
