I have just received a letter from Imagine mastercard, informing me that my mastercard that I have held through them for over 2 years was just terminated. There is no just cause in them doing so, for I have never late on a payment, payments always more than minimum, never a mixup of any kind, but now I have a closed acct. Zero available credit, and balance that includes their latest service fee.
I have written numerous emails, and have received no response, I have tried calling several times, only to be told that they cannot help me" that their computers are down" and I would have to call back in several hours.
I was told by equifax that this will show up as a derogatory on my credit report and I am furious. I did nothing wrong in my credit use and I am told that I will be dinged for it on my credit report, I am going to look into my options with an attorney.
