The order-by-phone Ticketmaster people are unhelpful. I purchased concert tickets five months ago and kept my order confirmation. About two months ago, the credit card I used was stolen, so I had to destroy that card and close that account. They would not help me. If you could not provide the last four digits, they would not even connect me with a supervisor who could help. The woman on the phone was snotty also.
