I am a Bankruptcy Attorney. These people contacted my clients while inBankruptcy, so I called them. All the other posts are true, they represent they are "investigators" and "court proceeding will follow". Thiscompany is a complete fraud. They say they are collecting for a JefferyGoldsmith & Assoc., in Minneapolis. But if you Google it you willfind no such firm exists. Call the ftc and file a complaint. Call theFTC Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP. I also found this address at the BBB website.
