York City Police knocked at my door and handed me a Complaint form to be sued in Court because Porfolio Recovery Associates could not contact or reach me via phone or regular mail about a HSBC debt of $4,651.26. Called 866-428-8102 and made arrangements to make automatic payments of $50 on 1/24 and $60 on 2/28/12; but was transferred to ID #301 who said "good luck" with court proceedings and can't guarantee $60/month will be enough to stop legal proceedings; but need to pay $138.79/month in order to pay debt off within shorter time frame due to PA law.
