Shoes Under, Telebrands Customer Service charged my card over 40% more than I let them

I found about the Shoes Under storage units on the HSN channel while I was in the ladies' locker room at my local fitness & wellness area. These units, which are supposed to be stored under beds, looked and sounded very useful, since my parents and I have a lot of footwear.

So, after a few days, I decided to order two of the units offline. I decided to buy one for $10.00 pay the S&H for $6.95 and then receive an extrashoe under for a bonus by just paying $6.95 S&H. Which is a totalof $23.98. But towards the end of my checking out process, there were questions about upgrading my units to Deluxe, which meant that they'd be more durable for lasting longer, and adding two more units to my order for just $5.00 more. I said yes to both questions.
According to my receipt I received in my e-mail, I was charged $64.93. The 2 "Shoes Under Deluxe" units cost $15.99 each and 2 more deluxe were $5.99 each. Shippingwas free with the first order, but I was charged $6.99 three times for theremaining 3 orders. (The website does not even advertise a Deluxe version of the Shoes Under units!)

Worst of all, when I looked at my bank information online, I noticed that I was charged $103.90! So, I had to call the 800 number that was listed on my online statement. The person who answered the phone was a lady with a duck-like oriental accent. It was hard for me to understand her at all. I told her my last name, and my zip code, and she told me about my ordering history. I complained to her about overcharging me, and she [artificially] apologized four or five times, and later, she said that I can keep my four Shoes Under units, and she would refund me $20, so all I will have spent would be $83.90, which is STILL too much!

I am NOT a racist or xenophobic by any means, but the fact is that people who are not fluent in English make it hard for customers to understand them, and they find it hard to understand the customers! So, this oriental lady screwed up BIG TIME!
I tried calling the 800 number a couple more times, and pressed 2, instead of getting a voice of a sales representative to talk to, I heard warbling background muzac, and a recording that said, "Due to the overwhelming requests of our products, our sales representatives are currently helping customers... Blah blah blah!" I can't send my units back, because they're necessary, but I WANT the oriental employees to give me back the money that they stupidly snitched from my checking account!!
