Claiming false advertisment and failure to follow up on promised customer service issues. Ordered online 3/20, order #20119, and was charged to my credit card 3/21 for the 2 units which the companys website had posted 92 units in stock at the time. Website still posts that same 92 units in stock as of today. Called about 5 times and also emailed several times about the status of my order with the company stating that they hadn't had any of the units I had ordered in stock for some time. 2 of the calls I had asked for a refund and was told by the employee that I was talking to, that she was unauthorized to comply with my request but would have her boss call me back. To this day I have not gotten a call back or email from any employee as to my status or any of my requests to ship or for cancellation. I either want an immediate shipment of the product that they stated that they have in stock or the immediate refund in full!
