In july, i went in at&t store to buy a iphone then the picture on you tube look so clear. So, when i left the store the picture didn't look clear any more. I took the phone back and it was $35.00 restock fee and they don't tell you that upfront when you return the phone its a $35.00 restock fee. I change for a lg vure phone and i couldn't get nobody to help me with the phone. The phone was not working well. So, i took the phone back and try to cancel it and they charge me another restock fee. It was very upset. I didn't seen nowhere in the store were its said, a restock fee. All they want you to do is to buy the phone. So, i ask about my deposit i just had the service for one day. Because i had a lot of problem with the phone. I ask them about my deposit they said they will sent it in the mail but only things i got in the mail was a bill that they charge me two times. I didn't see nowhere in the store were you will get your deposit in the mail. So, i can customer service they say they are working on it but nothing is been done about it. I got the phone in july here its september and i still have not recevice my deposit. I don't know what is wrong with at&t they are ripping people off. Especially the poor and people who have problem reading. When you can't read between they will get you everytimes.
