I got lucky! Your website saved me. I read the complaints and was going to return the product I recieved yesterday anyway. I stumbled on your website and thought I better call customer service right away to tell them I wanted to return the product as it tasted menthol anyway and it wasn't, and I didn't care for it. My card had only been charged the $4.95. They told me they would only charge me the restock fee of 20% of $119. They sell the same kit for $89.95. So why charge me restock on $119? What a fraud. I know I should've read the terms that were hidden, and I was even going to let them rip me off the 20% of $89.95, but he said $119 and I reported my card lost. I will send their louzy kit back, but won't pay something for nothing. The top of their web homepage promises 30 day money back guarentee. How can they get away with that lie. The same day I ordered they hit me up on my card for. 15 cents besides the $4.95, for what I don't know. Anyway they get their product back minus my $4.95.15 and the shipping I spend to send it back. I am also out $5 for a reported lost card. At least I saved about $15 on the restock fee and beat them out of their scam. The federal govt. Needs to stop companies like this!!
