Continue to bill me monthly adding $9.95 for something II do not want or need. Have followed all their instructions to get it stopped. First bill was for 9.95. I sent an email to see what I was being billed for as noted on the bottom of their invoice. ([email protected]) No response. I called to see what it was for and was told it was for support service. I told them I hadn't ordered or did't need any support service. I was told they had to have written notice to cancel. I sent then a letter. They sent me another bill for two months support. I called again and was told the letter wasn't received. I sent a second letter with proof of delivery. Still no response. Isn't their any authority in the state of Utah that closes down scams like this?
