I purchased a handbag that was to be authentic coach. IT is a cheap fake looks like plastic it is not what was on the website. You can not speak to a real person. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Maybe cause there in china I purchased a total piece of crap I just want to send it back I dont even want to look at it. I should of known. I am pissed off bigtime!!!
